Can I Collect My Flooring without Having It Fitted?
Yes, we will order flooring of your choice and contact you when it’s ready for collection.

Do You Deliver?
We offer free delivery for flooring installations throughout our service area. Please note that we only deliver flooring that is being supplied and fitted by our professional technicians and there is no delivery service available for supply-only services.

Do You Have A Showroom?
Yes, we have an extensive range of flooring available to view in-store.

Do You Stock Flooring Supplies?
In addition to supplying and fitting various types of flooring, we stock door bars, gripper, and underlay. We can also order in and supply screed and plywood if required.

I Have Already Purchased My Flooring, Will You Install It?
No, we only install the flooring that we supply.

Can I Order Online?
No, you can place an order in-store or over the phone.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept cash, cheque, all major credit and debit cards, contactless payments and bank transfers. Payments can be made in-store or over the phone.

Do You Offer A Free Measuring Service?
Yes, we will measure for free with no obligation.

Do You Provide Free Quotes?
Yes. Once you have selected your size and flooring, we will provide a free quote for our products and services.

Will You Provide A Quote For My Insurance Company?
Yes, we will provide a free quote for you to pass on to your insurer.

Are There Samples Available for Me to Borrow?
Yes, we will loan out sample books for free if you provide your contact details.

Will You Take My Old Flooring Away?
Yes, we will uplift and dispose of any existing flooring for a small charge.

Do You Offer Interest-Free Credit?
No. We require a 50% deposit to place an order and the remaining balance to be paid on completion.

I’ve Placed An Order – When Can I Expect My New Flooring To Be Installed?
From the point of order to fitting, the lead time for our flooring is approximately 2 weeks. For supply-only materials, the lead time is approximately 2 – 7 days. All lead times are subject to stock levels.

Will I Be Contacted to Arrange Fitting Date?
Yes. We will contact you on your preferred method to arrange a convenient time for installation

I’ve Changed My Mind – Can I Cancel and Receive a Refund?
Yes. Please note that you can only cancel if your carpet has not already been cut as all our carpets are made to measure your specific area. Laminate and LVT returns are subject to a restocking charge.
